CONTACTING MAKERS

Contact details are only displayed on terminals at the Crafts Council Resource Centre and at Regional Venues.

Makers listed on Photostore can be contacted in one of two ways:

- Using the 'Contact Maker' link available on the 'Maker CV' page.
- Adding makers to 'My Favorites' using the 'Add to My Favourites' icon (the symbol with three people shown under the image or at the top of a maker's CV page), and from this page using the check boxes to indicate the makers to be contacted via the 'Contact Selected Makers' link.

The 'Contact Maker' function is only available for 'active' makers. Therefore if the 'Contact Maker' facility is not shown on screen for a particular maker then they cannot be contacted via Photostore.

'Contact Maker' requests will be forwarded (via email or post) usually within 24 hours, if not three working days. Users will receive a response directly from the makers contacted. If you do not receive an immediate response please do be patient. The Crafts Council cannot take responsibility for makers' ability to respond to enquiries.
